Metal complexes of N-trityl-azoles of the formula ##STR1## IN WHICH Me is a metal, PA1 X is halogen, nitro, cyano, hydroxyl, alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkoxycarbonyl, haloalkyl or alkylsulfonyl, PA1 Az is an imidazolyl radical or a 1,2,4-triazolyl radical, PA1 A is an anion of an inorganic acid, PA1 n is 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4, PA1 m is 1, 2, 3 or 4, and PA1 p is 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, Which possess fungicidal properties.
