Abstract
A graft copolymer composition comprises a butadiene polymer grafted onto or pendent from a backbone consisting solely of a substituted polyacrylate. The substituted acrylate polymer is prepared from monomers having the formula: ##STR1## where R.sub.1 is a hydrocarbon radical of 1 through 30 carbon atoms selected from the group consisting of alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl and aralkyl and where R.sub.2 is a hydrocarbon radical containing from 1 through 12 carbon atoms selected from the group consisting of alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, and aralkyl.
