Abstract
The disperse monoazo dyestuffs, free from sulphonic acid groups, which are of the formula: ##STR1## wherein X is hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl, substituted aryl, --NR.sup.1 R.sup.2, --SR.sub.3, chlorine, bromine --OR.sup.3 or --SO.sub.2 R.sup.3 ; PA1 Z is hydrogen, alkyl, substituted alkyl, aryl or substituted aryl; PA1 Y is hydrogen, nitro, cyano, --COOR.sup.3, --COR.sup.3, --CONR.sup.1 R.sup.2, --SO.sub.2 R.sup.3 or --SO.sub.2 NR.sup.1 R.sup.2 ; PA1 E is the residue of a coupling component; PA1 R.sup.1 is hydrogen, alkyl or aryl; PA1 R.sup.2 is hydrogen or alkyl; and PA1 R.sup.3 is alkyl or aryl, A process for the manufacture of the said dyestuffs, and their use for coloring synthetic textile materials.
