Abstract
A thermosetting resin composition useful in a powder coating composition comprising a polyepoxy compound and a polycarboxylic acid obtained by reacting (1) one mole of a diol compound prepared by reacting (i) one mole of an organic diisocyanate, with (ii) from 1.5 to 4.0 moles of a polyoxyalkylene ether of a dihydric phenol, with (2) 1 to 4 moles of trimellitic acid or anhydride thereof.
