Abstract

Phenoxycarboxylic acid aryloxy(thio)carbonylaminomethyl ester compound of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is phenyl, substituted phenyl, benzyl, substituted benzyl, naphthyl or substituted naphthyl, PA1 R.sup.2 is hydrogen or alkyl of from 1 to 4 carbon atoms, PA1 R.sup.3 is phenyl or substituted phenyl, PA1 X is oxygen or sulfur, and PA1 n is 0, 1 or 2 exhibit outstanding plant growth regulant properties.
