Abstract
Ethylene is polymerized or copolymerized with an .alpha.-olefin in the presence of a catalyst consisting of PA0 (A) a co-comminuted composition of: PA1 (a) a titanium compound; PA1 (b) a magnesium halide; and PA1 (c) a siloxane polymer; and PA0 (B) an organoaluminum compound.
