Abstract
A process for the production of partially or completely hydrolyzed ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer which is suitable for the various powder coating techniques, wherein the polymer solution is extruded in a non-gelled state into water with a temperature no more than 20.degree. C below the gellation temperature and the gelling solution is converted into particles from 0.02 to 5 mm in diameter by means of high shear forces.
