Abstract
A process for treating hair to reduce its critical surface tension and/or coefficient of friction by applying to said hair a composition comprising a fluoropolymer containing as monomers at least: ##STR1## wherein n is a number of about 7 to 11 inclusive; and ##STR2## in which n' is a number of about 2 to 4 inclusive and R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are lower alkyl, preferably having 1-4 carbon atoms or its N-oxides or salts. In a preferred form the fluoropolymer also contains: ##STR3##
