Abstract

Tris-(2-hydroxyaryl) esters of cyanuric acid, useful as cross-linking agents and UV absorbers, of the formula ##STR1## WHEREIN ##STR2## IS AN AROMATIC RADICAL WITH A HYDROXYL GROUP IN THE 2-POSITION TO THE ETHER OXYGEN, PA1 R is alkyl, phenyl, halogen, nitro, hydroxyl, alkoxy or phenoxy, and PA1 N is 0 or 1 or is 2, 3 or 4 in which case one R has the above-defined meaning and the or each further radical R is alkyl, the radicals R optionally being different.
