Abstract

Crystalline orthorhombic potassium adenosine-5'-diphosphate having the space group P2.sub.1 2.sub.1 2 and the elemental cell constants EQU a=28.53.+-.0.03 A EQU b=10.49.+-.0.02 A EQU c=6.33.+-.0.02 A EQU .alpha.=.beta.=.gamma.=90.0.degree. EQU volume=1894.4 A.sup.3, has superior stability, relative to conventional salt forms thereof, e.g., the disodium salt.
