Abstract

O-(1-Fluoro-2-halo-ethyl)(thiono)phosphoric(phosphonic) acid ester-amides of the formula ##STR1## in which R and R.sup.1 independently represent hydrogen, alkyl, haloalkyl or cyanoalkyl, or PA1 R and R.sup.1 conjointly with the nitrogen atom form a heterocyclic ring which can optionally be interrupted by further hetero-atoms, PA1 R.sup.2 represents ##STR2## alkoxy, halogenalkoxy or alkyl, Hal represents chlorine or bromine, and PA1 X represents oxygen or sulphur, which possess insecticidal acaricidal and nematocidal properties.
