Abstract
A composition is herein described which is capable of replacing carcinogenic formaldehyde containing resins in finger nail polish formulations. Said composition comprises: PA1 a. A resin selected from the group consisting of sucrose benzoate and sucrose benzoate with polymeric methyl methacrylate; PA1 b. Sucrose acetate isobutyrate; PA1 c. An optional plasticizer selected from the group consisting of organic phthalates, organic adipates and organic phosphates.
