Abstract
A process for the stereoselective preparation of sexual pheromones is disclosed. The process involves reacting a compound of the formula ##STR1## in which the conjugated diene is of the trans-trans (E--E) stereochemical configuration with a compound of the formula EQU XMg--(CH.sub.2).sub.n --CH.sub.2 OP (II)
