Abstract

The instant invention is directed to a suspension which is stable in storage comprising: PA1 (1) 0.5 to 80%, by weight, based on the total suspension, of an inorganic filler in PA1 (2) 20 to 99.5%, by weight, based on the total suspension, of polyhydroxyl compounds containing aliphatic or cycloaliphatic combined hydroxyl groups, wherein said polyhydroxyl compounds (2) contain from 0.05 to 10% by weight based on (1)+(2) of a graft polymer and stabilizer which was produced by the free radical polymerization of PA1 (a) from 1 to 35%, by weight, based on the graft polymer, of an olefinically unsaturated carboxylic acid and PA1 (b) from 0 to 60%, by weight, based on the graft polymer, of other olefinically unsaturated monomers, in the presence of PA1 (c) from 5 to 99%, by weight, based on the graft polymer, of polyhydroxyl compounds, wherein the carboxyl groups of the graft polymer are completely or partially neutralized by organic or inorganic bases.
