Abstract

5-(3,4-Methylenedioxybenzyl)-dioxolanes of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 each independently is H, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl and aryl, or together are an alkylene radical, which possess arthropodicidal properties, and which form synergistic compositions with carbamates, carboxylic acid esters, phosphoric and phosphonic acid esters, cycloalkanes and halogenoalkanes.
