Abstract
A substrate that has a finish of a clear coat toplayer in firm adherence to a color coat layer that is in adherence with the substrate; wherein PA1 the clear coat consists essentially of a transparent film forming binder; PA1 the color coat consists essentially of a film forming binder and pigments; PA1 both the clear coat and the color coat contain an antioxidant and an ultraviolet light stabilizer; PA1 This finish has an excellent appearance and has excellent weatherability and durability and is particularly useful as a finish for automobiles and trucks.
