Abstract
Polyphthalocyanine resins are obtained by heating, at a temperature from ut 260.degree. C. to about 295.degree. C., one or more bisorthodinitriles of the general formula: ##STR1## wherein R' is an alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, R" is hydrogen or an alkyl radical with 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and the phenyl groups are attached at the meta or para position. These resins are particularly useful in high-temperature structural composites.
