Abstract

A (4-substituted-piperazin-1-yl)-alkoxy-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline of the formula: ##STR1## in which R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 each independently is hydrogen or a lower alkyl radical, PA1 R.sub.4 is hydrogen, halogen, or a lower alkyl or lower alkoxy radical, PA1 n is 2, 3, 4 or 5 and PA1 A is a valency bond or a methylene radical optionally substituted by a phenyl radical, or a salt thereof, which exhibits anti-allergic and anti-hypertensive activity.
