Abstract
A disposable paper cap features a size adjustable head-band having a pair of relatively telescoping male and female end flaps and formed with inwardly folded upper and lower hem portions separated by a single thickness intermediate section, and a pleated crown having opposite, downturned side panels one of which is adhesively secured to both the upper and lower hem portions of the female end flap of the headband to define therewith an open ended envelope slidably encasing the male end flap of the headband.
