Abstract
A compound of formula (I): ##STR1## wherein: A is >CH-- and n is 1 to 6; or PA1 A is >C.dbd.CH-- and n is 0 to 5; or PA1 A is >CH--CH.dbd.CH and n is 0 to 4; and PA1 R.sub.1 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-6 alkyl; PA1 R.sub.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl; and PA1 R.sub.3 is C.sub.4-9 alkyl, C.sub.5-7 cycloalkyl or C.sub.5-7 cycloalkyl-C.sub.1-6 alkyl; and salts thereof, has antiplatelet aggregation and bronchodilation activity.
