Abstract
The compounds of the formula (II): ##STR1## and salts and esters thereof wherein R.sub.1 is a pyridyl group optionally substituted by one of two lower alkyl groups or lower acyloxy group, have been found to be antibacterial-agents. Their preparation and use is described.
