Abstract
Asymmetrically substituted triorganotin compounds of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is hydrocarbyl or --R.sup.2 COOR.sup.3 where R.sup.2 is alkylene and R.sup.3 is hydrocarbyl; PA1 X is halogen, hydroxyl, R.sup.4 COO-- where R.sup.4 is hydrocarbyl, --OR.sup.4, --SR.sup.4, --SR.sup.5 COOR.sup.4 where R.sup.5 is alkylene, ##STR2## carbamate or dithiocarbamate; Y is chlorine or bromine; PA1 Z is halogen, alkyl, trihalomethyl, alkoxy, thioalkoxy, phenyl or methylsulfonyl; PA1 a is 0 or 1 and PA1 A is oxygen or sulfur are useful fungicides and exhibit little or no phytotoxicity.
