Abstract
Hydrogenation of mononitroaromatic compounds, particularly nitrobenzene, nitrotoluene and their monochloro and monohydroxy ring substitution products, using hydrogen sulfide as reducing agent and a titanium dioxide catalyst at 200.degree.-400.degree. C. and atmospheric pressure.
