Abstract

Oxyalkylated 1,3-bis-aryl-glycerol ethers of the formula ##STR1## where R and R.sup.1 are aromatic substituents, R.sup.2 is --CH.sub.3 or --C.sub.2 H.sub.5, R.sup.3 is --H or --CH.sub.3, n is from 0 to 10 and m is from 8 to 50. The compounds of the formula I are used as emulsifiers, preferably in the preparation of print pastes.
