Abstract
A composition adapted for application to hair before the hair is wound upon curlers and treated for permanent waving thereof comprising: PA0 (a) at least one methylpolysiloxane having a boiling point in the range of 100.degree. to 190.degree. C. and/or at least one paraffin or isoparaffin having a boiling point in the range of 100.degree. to 190.degree. C., PA0 (b) at least one cation active, non-capillary active compound, and PA0 (c) at least one ampholytic, capillary active imidazoline compound.
