Abstract
An intermediate compound which is a perhydrofuro [3,2-6] pyrrole of the formula: ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.2 is hydrogen or C.sub.1-4 alkyl; and PA1 R.sub.3 is C.sub.4-9 alkyl, C.sub.5-7 cycloalkyl or C.sub.5-7 cycloalkyl C.sub.1-6 alkyl; for use in the synthesis of prostacyclin aza analogues having anti-thrombotic activity.
