Abstract

The instant invention is directed to novel compounds and the use thereof in producing polyurethane resins. The compounds generally correspond to the following formula: ##STR1## wherein n is an integer of from 1 to 5, PA0 R is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl group PA0 Y is a C.sub.1 -C.sub.5 alkyl group or a ##STR2## and Z is a ##STR3## where n=0 or 1, X is --O-- or ##STR4## and R' is an aliphatic group having from 1 to 15 carbon atoms and may contain ester, ether, or amide groups or tertiary nitrogen and, when m=0, R' may be a hydrogen atom.
