Abstract
The myotonolytic use of compounds of formula I ##STR1## wherein R is hydrogen, acetyl or a group of formula II EQU R'--O--CO-- II wherein R' is alkyl(C.sub.1-8); phenyl; phenyl substituted in the 4-position with halogen, alkoxy(C.sub.1-4) or alkyl(C.sub.1-4); phenylalkyl; or phenylalkyl in which the phenyl group is substituted in the 4-position with halogen, alkoxy(C.sub.1-4) or alkyl(C.sub.1-4).
