Abstract

Racemic or optically active compounds of the formula EQU Q--C.sub.n H.sub.2n --NH--R wherein Q is ##STR1## where R.sub.1 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, trifluoromethyl or amino, PA1 R.sub.2 is hydrogen, halogen, alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, alkoxy of 1 to 4 carbon atoms or trifluoromethyl, or PA1 R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, together with each other, are methylenedioxy or ethylenedioxy; PA1 n is an integer from 2 to 6, inclusive; and PA1 R is hydrogen, benzyl or ##STR2## and non-toxic, pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. The compounds as well as their salts are useful as vasodilators and CNS-stimulators.
