Abstract
Chemical compounds having an effect on the circulatory system have the formulas ##STR1## or a mixture thereof, or a pharmaceutically suitable acid-addition salt or quaternary salt thereof, wherein PA0 R is hydrogen or lower alkyl, PA0 R.sup.1 is lower alkyl, phenyl, carboxyl, lower alkoxycarbonyl, nitrile, carbamoyl or carbohydrazido, PA0 R.sup.2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl, PA0 and wherein the formula I R.sup.2 is hydrogen then R.sup.1 is other than nitrile, alkoxycarbonyl or propyl.
