Abstract
The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmacologically active monocyclic peptide and a carrier comprising at least one of the following components: PA0 (a) a non-ionic ester of a triglyceride and a polyalkylene polyol, PA0 (b) a saturated fatty acid triglyceride, and PA0 (c) a mono- or di-glyceride having improved physical and absorption properties.
