Abstract

Navy dye mixtures which contain, as essential components, compounds of the general formula I ##STR1## in the following amounts, based on the total weight of the mixture: ______________________________________ X = Br R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = CH.sub.2 CHCH.sub.2 39-49%, X = Br R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = H 1-10%, X = Br R.sup.1 = H R.sup.2 = CH.sub.2 CHCH.sub.2 4-16%, X = Cl R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = H 15-25%, X = Cl R.sup.1 = C.sub.2 H.sub.4 CN R.sup.2 = CH.sub.2 CHCH.sub.2 4-9%, and X = Cl ##STR2## R.sup.2 = H 4-10%. ______________________________________ The novel mixtures are very useful for dyeing synthetic polyesters.
