Abstract

The invention relates to a pressure-sensitive, carbonless copying system and to a process for the production of pressure-sensitive, carbonless copying system wherein a non-aqueous, substantially solvent free printing ink containing micro-capsules which contain dye-precursors, is applied by wet and dry offset and book printing techniques to all or part of at least one surface of a paper substrate; and to printing inks comprising PA0 (1) binders, (2) microcapsules containing dye precursors, (3) spacers having a grain size of from 1.5 to 10 times the diameter of the microcapsules, and optionally auxiliaries and additives.
