Abstract

This invention relates to a mixture which is stable in storage in the absence of moisture and comprises the following: PA1 (a) polyurethane prepolymers containing incorporated tertiary nitrogen atoms, structural units corresponding to the following formula: EQU --O--CH.sub.2 --C(CH.sub.3).sub.2 --CH.sub.2 --O-- PA1 and terminal isocyanate groups, PA1 (b) aromatic or aliphatic orthophosphoric acid esters; PA1 (c) one or more inert solvents, and PA1 (d) optionally other auxiliaries and additives, and to the use of these mixtures as adhesives or coatings for flexible or rigid substrates.
