Abstract
In a display device constructed by interposing an electrooptical substance between one group of electrodes and another group of electrodes, a pair of electrodes are time-divisionally and sequentially selected among one group of electrodes, and a train of low-voltage pulses are applied across the selected electrodes and predetermined electrodes of another group of electrodes, so that the operation margin of the driving voltage is increased and multiplicity of digits can be driven. sp This is a continuation of application Ser.
