Abstract
There are described compounds of formula I ##STR1## in which X is --CN, --CONH.sub.2, --CSNH.sub.2, ##STR2## or --CO.sub.2 R.sub.3, R is H or alkyl C 1 to 8, PA0 R.sub.1 and R.sub.3, which may be the same or different, are each alkyl C 1 to 8, and PA0 R.sub.2 is H or alkanoyl C 2 to 8, PA0 and the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof. There are also described processes for producing the compounds, and pharmaceutical, e.g. immunoregulant, compositions containing them.
