Abstract

The novel derivatives correspond to the general formula: ##STR1## in which R.sub.1 is a Y--(CH.sub.2).sub.n --NR.sub.4 R.sub.5 group, where Y represents a single bond or the group ##STR2## R.sub.4 and R.sub.5, identical or different, are hydrogen or an alkyl radical, preferably a lower alkyl, or again form together a ring which can include heteroatoms, in particular nitrogen atoms. n is a number ranging from 1 to 10, notably from 2 to 7, R.sub.2 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or an aralkyl group in which the alkyl substituent is a lower alkyl group, and R.sub.3 is a hydrogen atom or a CH.sub.3 group useful for the treatment of leukemias.
