Abstract

For the conveying and storage of radioactive materials there are needed containers which shield .gamma. and neutron-radiation and draw off the heat of decay whereby there is desired a variable neutron shielding. This is obtained by a neutron shielding between the cooling fins of the container is formed as an elastic molded body.
