Abstract

1-Amino-cyclopropanecarboxylic acid metal complexes of the formula ##STR1## in which R is a hydrogen atom or a radical of the formula --CO--R.sup.1, PA1 R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or phenyl radical, and PA1 M is a transition metal atom which can assume the coordination number 4 which possess plant growth regulating activity.
