Abstract
A stable, fabric bleaching and softening composition to be used in rinse water in contact with fabrics, and prior to fabric drying, consisting essentially of PA0 (a) hydrogen peroxide, PA0 (b) cationic amine softener, and PA0 (c) water, wherein the weight ratio of softener to hydrogen peroxide is from about 1:20 to 2:3.
