Abstract
Migraine is treated with a 3-phenyl-3-aminoalkyl-4,4-dimethyl-2,6-dioxopiperidine derivative of the following general Formula I: ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 represents methoxy, ethoxy and hydroxy; PA0 R.sub.2 represents methoxy, ethoxy, hydroxy or hydrogen, each R.sub.3 independently represents methyl or ethyl; and PA0 n represents 2 or 3, or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof.
