Abstract

The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition containing at least one oxicam derivative of the general formula: ##STR1## in which R is a heterocyclic ring and X together with Y represent a condensed aromatic ring, together with a more than equimolar amount of an organic base of the general formula: EQU R--NH--CH.sub.2 --(CHOH).sub.n --CH.sub.2 OH (II), in which R is a hydrogen atom or an alkyl radical containing up to 6 carbon atoms and n is 3 or 4.
