Abstract

A waterproof membrane consisting of a non-woven bitumen-coated reinforcement of heat-bonded continuous filaments containing: PA1 from 70 to 90% of polyethylene glycol terephthalate and PA1 from 30 to 10% of polybutylene glycol terephthalate. The filaments are two-component and either concentric or side-by-side. The membrane consists of filaments made of each of the two types of polymers. The process for its manufacture by heat bonding. Application in the building industry (roofs, terraces, floors and any waterproofing application).
