Abstract

Compounds of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 is phenyl, halo- and/or methyl-substituted phenyl or pyridinyl; PA1 R.sub.2 is hydrogen, straight or branched alkyl of 1 to 4 carbon atoms, 2- or 3-hydroxy-(alkyl of 2 to 3 carbon atoms) or 2- or 3-dimethylamino-(alkyl of 2 to 3 carbon atoms); PA1 R.sub.3 is hydrogen or alkyl of 1 to 3 carbon atoms; and PA1 R.sub.4 is hydrogen, chlorine or methyl. The compounds are useful as anticonvulsants.
