Abstract

The new hydantoins of the formula ##STR1## in which R.sup.1 denotes an optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl or aralkyl radical and PA1 R.sup.2 and R.sup.3 are identical or different and denote hydrogen, alkyl or alkenyl or are linked to form a cycloalkyl radical, can be prepared by reacting a corresponding hydantoin with dichlorofluoromethanesulphenyl chloride. The new compounds can be used as active compounds in microbicidal agents.
