Abstract
The invention relates to novel cephem compounds of high antimicrobial activity of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is amino or lower alkanoylamino, PA0 R.sup.2 is lower alkyl, lower alkynyl, carboxy (lower) alkyl or esterified carboxy (lower) alkyl, PA0 R.sup.3 is amino or lower alkanoylamino, and PA0 X is hydrogen or halogen; and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
