Abstract

A woven or non-woven fabric is coated on both sides with a plastic material, followed by a vapor-deposited metal coating having a specific surface resistivity of 0.5 to 1.5 ohms per square, and then with a paint layer having a pattern of small areas of green and large areas of white to imitate a winter landscape and comprising a binder which is transparent in the spectral regions of atmospheric windows II (3-5 .mu.m) and III (8-15 .mu.m).
