Abstract

A composite heat-insulating material having the structure that an olefin- or styrene-based resin and a urethane foam are laminated with an adhesive, said adhesive comprising PA0 (A) 20 to 100% by weight of a water-soluble or water-dispersible carboxyl group-containing polyolefin-based polymer; PA0 (B) 0 to 80% by weight of a water-soluble polymer having an antistatic property; and PA0 (C) 0 to 2% by weight of a fluorine-based surface active agent.
