A herbicidal compound having the structural formula ##STR1## where R is C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 alkyl and Y is C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 alkyl optionally substituted with halogen or N-(R').sub.2 where R' is C.sub.1 -C.sub.10 alkyl.
