Abstract

2-Substituted 1-(3'-aminoalkyl)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-.beta.-carbolines of the formula ##STR1## where n, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 have the meanings given in the description, and their preparation and use. The novel substances are useful for treating arrhythmia.
